Magimix has introduced a new food processor called the Magimix 5200XL
Silver Food Processor. This food processor is unlike the other ones which we see in markets today. It comes in a unique design which occupies less space and works very silent. It is the best when it comes to energy consumption too. It is a boon to all kitchen lovers and makes cooking more enjoyable.
Features
The Magimix 5200XL Food Processor comes in an extra-ordinary design and silver colour measuring 41.5 x 21 x 27cm. It has a bowl made of plastic fitted at the top with a capacity of 3 litres with a mini bowl of 1.2 litres, midi polycarbonate bowl of 2.6 litres, and main polycarbonate bowl of 3.7 litres. It has variable speed options with Pulse function. It also has other attachments like Sabatier knife, dough blade, main Sabatier knife blades, geared egg whisk, Blade-safe storage box, extra large feed tube and pusher, 2mm slicing disc, 2mm grating disc, 4mm slicing disc, 4mm grating disc and French fry/stir fry disc satin.
Capacity
This Magimix food processor has a mixing capacity of 1.3 kg for kneading bread dough, 1.7 kg for pastry kneading, 1.4 kg capacity for grating carrots, 1.4 kg slicing capacity and 1.4kg chopping capacity for meat. It can mix up to 1.8kg (8 eggs) for Cake/Victoria sponge. The liquidising capacity is 2.1 litres and whisks a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 8 egg whites for meringues. The maximum capacity is 1.8 kg, 3.7L, 1.8L liquid.

This food processor comes with a full coloured recipe book, Citrus Press with safety lever arm, Disc spindle and a large flexible spatula.
