An efficient 3 HP three phase motor is equipped in this unit which is Fan-cooled and comes with On-Off push button and high and low switches. The durability of this food processor is increased with a polycarbonate motor base, high quality processing discs, one disc rack and attachments. The disc provided with 1/8″ (3mm) slicing disc and one 1/8″ (3mm) medium grating disc.
The unit consists of a large feed pusher along with deep feed openings on the continuous feed attachment. It is made available with 5.5 qt. stainless steel bowl attachment and is provided with a stainless steel “S” blade. All the parts facilitate easy cleaning options, which allow the unit to be maintained well. Vegetable prep attachment is ideal for constant feed slicing, shredding, grating and ideal to make French fries as well.
Within 2-1/2 to 3 hours, you can prepare 2,000 servings with Mix, chop, puree, blend and mix and knead dough options.
